Know who’s coming, reach your list, and run the room.

Without spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Eventela is the event workspace for nonprofits, cultural centers and associations that host people in person.

Built for organizations that run recurring gatherings. Not a ticket marketplace.

Everything an event needs, from the first invite to the last seat

Eventela follows the way your team already works: plan and invite, welcome people at the door, and keep the organization running behind it.

Before the event

Plan it, find your people, send the invitation.

  • Events

Create an event with dates, venue, capacity, registration deadline, flyer and banner. Draft it privately, then publish when you are ready.

  • Contacts and lists

Keep guests and volunteers in one contact book. Import from a spreadsheet, group people into lists, and let new people add themselves through a public sign-up link.

  • Invitations from your own address

Write the invitation in a rich editor and send it from your organization’s email. Connect a Google account or any SMTP mailbox, and choose which address each event sends from.

  • Opens and clicks

See who received the invitation, who opened it and who clicked through, so reminders go to the right people.

At the door

Know who said yes and where they sit.

  • RSVP links

Every guest gets a personal link to reply, update their party size and add guest names. A public link lets new people register too.

  • RSVP review

Confirm, waitlist or decline replies in one table, and send the matching email with one click.

  • Check-in and walk-ins

Check guests in from a phone or tablet at the entrance, and add walk-ins on the spot without losing the count.

  • Table seating

Set up tables, assign guests and their parties, or let Eventela suggest a seating plan you can adjust.

Behind the scenes

Share the work and keep your name on it.

  • Teams and roles

Invite staff and volunteers into your organization. Admins manage settings and senders, members run the day-to-day.

  • Your branding

Use your logo and your own domain, so guests see your organization’s name on every page and email.

How it works

Three steps from a spreadsheet of names to a full room.

  1. Bring your people in

Import your contacts from a spreadsheet and sort them into lists, such as members, volunteers or donors.

  2. Create the event and invite

Add the details, pick the address it sends from, and invite a list. Each guest gets a personal RSVP link.

  3. Run the day

Review replies, seat your guests and check them in at the door, with the full picture on one screen.

Your guests trust you with their details

We treat that trust as part of the product.

  • Each organization is walled off

Every contact, event and reply belongs to one organization, and database rules stop anyone outside it from seeing them.

  • Email passwords stay encrypted

Mailbox passwords and Google connections are stored encrypted and are never shown in the app again after you save them.

  • Send-only access to Gmail

When you connect a Google account, Eventela asks only for permission to send the emails you write. It cannot read your inbox.
